Team leader, study on innovation investments

As part of the EU’s pre-accession Phare funds, a study was contracted to RegoFuturi to develop the research, innovation and business potentials of Tartu University and surrounding research institutions. The focus turned to bio-technology and agricultural research and start-ups; investments in a biomedical business incubator and an agricultural research institute were identified, approved and carried out.
