Adviser to the Management of EU Funds Directorate, Ministry of Finance. Adaptation of the Phare programming process to the multi-annual approach of EU Structural Funds. Development of strategic framework (programming document, selection criteria), liaison with DG enlargement Bulgaria Team, help with multi-annual fiches.
