Project focused on support with project design/project fiches mainly for SME competitiveness/enterprise zones, credit guarantee scheme (EIB co-financing), major roads and railway upgrading projects (EBRD and EIB co-funding), hydropower (KfW co-funding), statistics, economic planning. Project fiche writing guidelines, design and delivery training workshops on PF writing and logframes for Senior Project Officers and ECD TMs, hands-on support.
